“Last summer, we had most of our windows replaced by Fine Home Solutions by Brady. They did an excellent job installing the windows and were both quick and neat. John and his crew went out of their way to not inconvenience my family as they did their work. This spring, I had a problem with some screens. It had nothing to do with the installation yet John dealt with the provider to see that my problem was rectified. His customer service and sincere concern that the customer is happy will keep his phone number #1 in my handy man file.”

“We had problems with leaking from incorrectly installed siding and flashing. Mickey and Jeremy (New Hampshire Windows and Siding), found the problems with the siding and flashing and found additional issues with the roofing materials and a skylight. They quickly resolved the issues, and now, after this weekend storm......no leaks!!!! Thanks Mickey and Jeremy! They did impeccable work and cleaned up completely. “We totally updated the interior of a 1981 frame single family home, including new wiring, plumbing, painting, flooring (hardwood/laminate and tile) and refinishing the kitchen and bathrooms. We also installed a parking pad, reinforced screened-in porch and 2 entry ways. The work was excellent, the pricing was very reasonable, and the contractor was both professional and very helpful.”

“East Portland Sash & Carpentry got great online reviews, so we called for a free estimate for repairs on some of the wonderful, original windows in our 1907 Craftsman home. Stephen did a full-house assessment of all of our windows, taking detailed notes and sharing his deep knowledge of period architecture and engineering. We then got a detailed estimate from the company, using an online portal that made it extremely easy to choose the scope of the project, and to pay our deposit. Stephen contacted me in a timely manner to schedule the work, and the work itself was completed quickly and with AMAZING quality. Though we technically should do "touch-up painting" now, we hardly feel the need, since the team so skillfully handled the wood trim that you can hardly tell it had been touched. Our windows now work much better, and we will be hiring these guys again when we are ready to do the next phase of our window work. If you are looking for cheapy-cheap, you will want to go elsewhere; but for high-quality artisan work at a fair price, this is a great company to go to. They really know their stuff.”
